Elios Wealth Management is a group of authorised representatives of Infinitum Financial Advisory Pte. Ltd. (“IAFA”), trading under the name and style of “Income Advisory Financial Advisers”. IAFA is a financial advisory company wholly owned by Income Insurance in Singapore.

We at IAFA value our customers and would love to share exclusive offers (such as rewards, privileges, events and discounts) and information about products and services (“Marketing and Promotional messages”) offered by IAFA, our business partners and NTUC Enterprise group of social enterprises (“NE Group”) that may be usefulto you and your family.

By completing and submitting this online form, you consent and agree to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data by IAFA , our representatives, agents (collectively “IAFA Persons”), appointed service providers, business partners and NE Group for the purposes of (i) sending you Marketing and Promotional messages; (ii) contacting you to conduct survey; and (iii) IAFA Persons offering
you financial planning services via Postal Mail, Email, Phone call and Phone messages*.

*Phone messages include text, picture, video and audio message that are sent to your telephone number via SMS, MMS or messaging apps such as WhatsApp, Telegram or WeChat.

Your consent to receive Marketing and Promotional messages above is in addition to, and does not vary or supersede any previous marketing consent which you may have provided to IAFA.

All consent given to IAFA in receiving Marketing and Promotional messages will remain valid until IAFA is notified that the consent has been withdrawn. You may withdraw your consent at any time by submitting your request at info@incomeadvisoryfa.com.sg.

IAFA will process your request within 10 days, and you will stop receiving Marketing and Promotional messages after 21 days only for the mode(s) of communications indicated in your request.

You may refer to IAFA’s Privacy Policy (Income Advisory FA | Privacy Policy) for more information, including access and correction to personal data and consent withdrawal. You agree and understand that IAFA’s Privacy Policy available on its website may be amended, supplemented and/or substituted by IAFA from time to time.
